We know getting your nutrition on point can be hard. The media doesn't help from the Keto diet, to the cereal diet who knows which one is best! Basically diets don't work. They're short term and only get you results for a few weeks meaning they aren't sustainable long term! We at LUHA believe in eating everything with in moderation.
We pride ourselves on keeping our gym space exceptionally clean and tidy. We have an array of equipment including Concept2 ski erg and bikerg, Wolverson rower. Full dumbbell weights rack. Cable machine. Boxing Bag. Squat rack the list goes on.
LUHA Lifestyle is operated by two qualified Personal Trainers with a combined 25 years experience.

I used to go to the gym but didn't really know how to exercise. Since starting personal-training with Hattie I've learnt a lot....such as I've got stomach muscles, that I can do much more than I thought; and with her guidance improving my fitness can happen quickly. I repeat the programme I do with Hattie on my visits to the gym and I now have have variety and can exercise with confidence. I never thought I would be lifting weights, manage press-ups or use kettlebells....and I know how to do Burpees! I've changed shape, have more energy and feel stronger. The morning I train with Hattie makes the day the best day in the week!

I used to see Hatty regularly twice a week and I lost an amazing 24 pounds and my fitness levels increased massively. I used to have to stop and get my breath regularly walking up Moss Lane as it is so steep. Having asthma didn’t help much either ! After training with Hatty for a while I found I could walk up in one go in less than 5 minutes all the way to the top! Additional benefits were being more toned, having improved strength and better control of my Asthma symptoms.
I had to stop going after breaking my ankle sightseeing with a friend. Since then I have got lazy and fat so I reckon I need to get back on track and get motivated by Hatty again. She makes you believe in yourself that you CAN do it when your body says Nooooooo. Plus I think it’s important that people know she caters for the old , fat and barely mobile folk as she does the fit and strong ones among us . We can all strive to do better and be better than where we are right now.
